How to prepare tuna salt with yellowfin tuna roe

Place the salt in a bowl.
Next, grate the dry tips left after using the yellowfin tuna roe (with a very fine, small grater, as used for garlic).
Mix with salt in the desired proportion, and store in a dry place, in a tightly sealed jar.
Use to flavour pasta, salads, broths or fish dishes.
